The faith that none of us like, the faith of waiting. Give me something to do, give me something that I have some control and say over and I am fine, but put me in a place where I can do nothing but wait and watch, and my faith will be tested to its limited. We see tremendous examples for our encouragement and strengthening from the people spoken of here. Abraham – the Promised Land and the Promised Seed (Messiah), Sarah – the Promised child in her old age, Jacob and Joseph. They all had to wait for promises of God. What might you be waiting for?
