2 Peter 3:1-18 | Know Your Prophecy

 In Chapter 2 Peter didn’t mince words, he knew once he was off the scene that false teachers would creep in and try to lead the people astray.  He hammered on the false teachers, and now here in chapter 3 he turns the attention to those who are in error about the return of the Lord.  You see if you are not living for the immediate return of Christ, you will be easily led astray by these false teachers as they try to entice people with their twisting of the Word.
