Genesis 4 | Your Offering

In our passage today, we study the story of Cain and Abel; and the whole matter was based on and began with Cain’s wrong attitude and understanding of what God requires of a sacrifice/offering. This passage is vital to our understanding of sacrifices and offerings made unto the Lord, because in Romans 12:1-2, we are called to be “Living Sacrifices/Offerings”. Genesis 4 will lay the foundation for us so that we might be a pleasing sacrifice/offering unto the Lord.
