In our passage today, after 40 years of wilderness wandering, they will cross over into the Promised Land. Imagine the excitement, imagine the anxiety, imagine the unknown, and imagine the power! Last week God gave us “Intel” on our enemy, that he is a defeated foe, the victories are ours to take. In our passage today, the Lord will give us the “First Steps” in taking the land, receiving the promises of God, of entering into the abundant, victorious, Christian life that He desires for us.
